At IJETCEAI, we maintain strict adherence to international publication standards and ethical practices to ensure transparency, originality, and quality in scholarly communication.

1. Publication Ethics
IJETCEAI follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to maintain the highest ethical standards.

  • Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
  • Data must not be fabricated, falsified, or manipulated.
  • Proper acknowledgment and citation of others’ work is mandatory.
  • All listed authors should have made significant contributions to the research.
  • Simultaneous submission to multiple journals is strictly prohibited.

2.Plagiarism Policy

  • All manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using reliable detection software.
  • Papers with similarity above 10% (excluding references) will be rejected.
  • Authors must properly cite sources, figures, and data used from other works.
  • If plagiarism is detected post-publication, the article may be retracted.

3. Peer Review Policy

  • IJETCEAI employs a Single-blind peer review process.
  • Each paper is reviewed by at least two independent experts.
  • Reviewers provide constructive feedback to help improve the manuscript quality.
  • Final publication decisions rest with the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewers’ recommendations.

4. Open Access Policy
IJETCEAI provides open access to all published articles.
Readers can freely read, download, and share articles for non-commercial purposes with proper citation.
This ensures global visibility and dissemination of research findings.

5. Licensing Policy
All articles published in IJETCEAI are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
This allows users to share and adapt the work with appropriate credit to the authors.

6. Copyright Policy

  • Authors retain full copyright of their work.
  • By submitting, authors grant IJETCEAI the right to publish and distribute their work online.
  • Articles can be reused or cited with proper acknowledgment of the source.

7. Withdrawal and Retraction Policy

  • Authors may request withdrawal before acceptance.
  • Once published, papers can only be retracted in cases of ethical violations or plagiarism.
  • Retraction notices will remain permanently accessible to maintain transparency.

8. Archiving Policy
IJETCEAI maintains a digital archive of all published articles for long-term preservation and accessibility.
Back issues remain freely available on the journal website.
